Daily maintenance method for several machines such as waterwheel type aerator and impeller type aerator
The water tank aerator should not be idle in the open air:
1. Regularly check whether the screws are loose and tighten them every month;
2. After the cumulative use of the oxygen generator for 250 hours, all the lubricants in the gearbox should be replaced once, and the lubricant should be replaced once every year.
3. If it is not used for a long time, it should be placed indoors and coated with anti-rust paint to extend the service life and not to be placed in the open air.
Impeller aeration machine maintenance:
1. All the oil in the gearbox of the new machine needs to be replaced after 500 hours of use;
2, pay attention to remove the attachments on the impeller aerator, so that the impeller maintains good working conditions, after the use of the year, should be derusted, coated with anti-rust paint and maintenance once, replace the oil.
The shovel is well removed and stored:
1. Basically the same as the impeller type, it should be noted that the blades on the floating body of the surge machine are well removed and stored to avoid being crushed;
